We are the result of more than 30 years of experience in the offshore environment, embodying a multi-skilled engineering attitude. Our passion for engineering and challenges has led us to become a partner in major offshore projects worldwide. Our curiosity has driven us toward new ventures in the world of RENEWABLE ENERGIES.
Our team believes in continuous improvement and strives for customer success every day, firmly convinced that we are part of a much greater ambition: the ENERGY TRANSITION. Thinking “outside the box” is our mantra, and learning from mistakes is a daily lesson that helps us do even better tomorrow. Our LEAN approach is reflected in our organization, internal processes, and manufacturing activities.
In 2024 Remazel Engineering entire share capital has been acquired by Fincantieri. Fincantieri is one of the world’s largest shipbuilding groups, the only one active in all high-tech marine industry sectors. It is leader in the construction and transformation of cruise, naval and oil & gas and wind offshore vessels, as well as in the production of systems and component equipment, after-sales services and marine interiors solutions. Thanks to the expertise developed in the management of complex projects, the Group boasts first-class references in infrastructures and is a reference player in digital technologies and cybersecurity, electronics and advanced systems. With over 230 years of history and more than 7,000 ships built, Fincantieri maintains its know-how, expertise and management centres in Italy, here employing 11,000 workers and creating around 90,000 jobs, which double worldwide thanks to a production network of 18 shipyards operating worldwide and with over 22,000 employees.

To fight corruption, Remazel Engineering adopts a whistleblowing system based on an external web portal. It allows stakeholders to anonymously communicate potential violations, guaranteeing protection from all forms of retaliation, discrimination or penalization, in compliance with international best practices.
We ensure analyzing all reports received and collecting the objective elements aimed at adopting measures that correct the detected violations. The whistleblower will always be informed on the results of the investigations with regard to what was reported.

REMAZEL SHIPYARD
REMAZEL DEDICATED AREAS ON THE QUAYSIDE
In 2020 Remazel Engineering has formalized the long-term cooperation with CARTUBI Shipyard, by ensuring the exclusive-use of specific areas along the quayside.
These spaces include an OFFICE, a dedicated WORKSHOP, an EXTERNAL AREA for testing and assembly as well as the access to the QUAY for deliveries optimization. This is a real ASSET INTEGRATION which allows time and costs optimization on Assembly, Testing and Delivery in particular for over-sized and Plug&Play Projects.
“Remazel Shipyard” allows Remazel to successfully complete important projects of Heavy Lifting equipment and Cranes. The direct access to the sea is a real added value for Remazel business, and allows to look at the future with no limits on projects execution. As Remazel Engineering Facilities in Chiuduno (BG), this area has been “digitalized” in order to provide remote services to our Customers.

The workshop covers an area of 2.500 sqm and an external area of 1200 sqm on the sea-front. His location between Remazel Shipyard workshop and Cartubi Shipyard is strategical for the complete manufacturing-assembly-testing process integration.
