We are proud to announce that Remazel Serviços de Sistemas de Óleo & Gás Ltda., our controlled Company based in Brazil, has completed the acquisition of 100% of H Tech Serviços e Manutenção Ltda., marking an important strategic milestone in the growth journey of the Remazel Group.
H Tech is a leading Brazilian company in offshore equipment inspection and maintenance services, with over 50 skilled and certified technicians for onboard service operations.
By combining Remazel’s consolidated know-how and technical excellence with H Tech’s specialized expertise and operational experience, we are building a stronger organization of more than 60 highly qualified professionals — ready to support increasingly complex energy projects with reliability, flexibility, and a strong customer focus.
In the coming months, we will launch an integration project aimed at maximizing industrial and organizational synergies, expanding our service capabilities, and reinforcing our ability to meet the evolving demands of the global energy market.
