On November 28th, Remazel team attended the annual “Company Meeting”, an important internal event guided by the CEO, Andrea Rosa, that aims to share year’s results and company development strategy for the years to come.

The Management team was also invited, during a friendly interview, to describe the main actions ongoing for the enhancement of the Technical, Sales, Operations and Finance organization.

Then, the important steps done within company’s #ESG journey, have guided Remazel to approach the third edition of his Sustainability Report and a concrete Strategic Sustainability Plan.

INFORM, INVOLVE and MOTIVATE are the pillars of Remazel’s “HR Strategy”, and keeping the people involved at all levels in Company development is part of this path.
